What is Yoga

Yoga is a term that refers to a system of physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in India. While there are many different schools of yoga with unique spiritual and physical practices, they share a common goal: improved control of the mind and body.

Inspire Wellness& Massage Studio shares this goal, and we offer several regular yoga classes to help beginners and experts, and individuals of all levels of athleticism to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

Yoga Level 1

Our level 1 program is a good choice for those new to yoga which teaches a basic sequence of foundational yoga postures & breathing. We focus on alignment. Level 1 is a slow pace but still challenging, and utilizes lots of props and modifications. Each class is 60 minutes.

Yoga Level 2

Our level 2 program is for those looking to advance their skill.  Build heat & strength as you advance your yoga practice.  Explore getting upside down, arm balances, and deeper backbends.  Each class is 75 minutes.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is for all levels.  Reflective pace, slow & steady breath in this class.  We slow it down, hold the postures, and move deeper into the body and the self.  Just because it’s slow doesn’t mean it’s easy! Each class is 60 minutes.

A.M. Yoga

A.M. Yoga is for all levels.  Fun & invigorating vinyasa (flow style) class, connecting breath to movement.  Sure to wake you up and get your day going! Each class is 60 minutes.

Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion is our first BootyBarre class and is aimed at total body conditioning.  Bootybarre Blends yoga, barre, & Pilates.  Builds muscular endurance, flexibility, and core strength!  Fun & challenging! Each class is 60 minutes.
