4 weeks of the BASICS! Because we can't skip the BASICS! MINDSET first, followed by fitness and nutrition. Nothing fancy or complicated here.

I'm going to help you cut through all the noise created by the Diet and Fitness Industry (that often leaves us more confused than ever) to uncover what we REALLY need to focus on for the first 4 weeks.

Daily focus, support, and motivation. These 4 weeks will get you moving consistently, cleaning up your diet, and motivated to stay the course!

Will help you discover where you're at on your fitness journey as well as where you want to be! Work with me to come up with a solid workout routine designed just for you and YOUR level. If you tell me you hate burpees, guess what? No burpees!

I will encourage you to challenge yourself, but always safely and within your scope of fitness. I want to help you uncover your love of movement AND having taught many styles of fitness classes, I can design a safe, effective, and FUN routine just for you!

Lisa!

I have built these courses and programs out of years of my own trial & error. I made the mistakes so you don't have to! I got distracted by all the latest and greatest new diet and workout programs and what I learned is this: You can't skip the BASICS.

I talk a lot about this concept because I see it all the time! Women trying to skip over the simple, but oh-so-crucial first steps.

What do I mean by this? We shouldn't be trying to do more advanced workouts until we've mastered a bodyweight squat. We shouldn't be trying to go KETO until we've devoted time to understanding why we crave sugar all the time.

We can't advance until we've mastered the basics. I know all of this because I've done it! And I can tell you what works and what is a waste of time!

We're going to uncover the old stories you tell yourself that are holding you back, as well as help you determine what your focus should be to keep you encouraged and motivated!

I have suffered from tendinitis in my neck & both arms for 3 years. Massage and physical therapy helped but it wasn't enough. Lisa helped to assess where I needed strength and more flexibility. My personal training is geared more towards the woman who already feels like she's got a pretty good handle on her nutrition. Or, maybe she would just like to focus on the fitness side of things for now. She needs to know exactly what to work on ( a personalized workout plan) as well as accountability & support!

The Strong & Healthy Blueprint is ideal for someone who wants DAILY check-ins and reminders to keep her focused and on-track. This 4-week course is designed to cover all of the basics (Mindset, Fitness, and Nutrition), so would be a great option for anyone who needs or wants a full month to get these basics under her belt. Less 1:1 fitness program design and more of an overall approach.

Coaching & Personal Training Bundle~ This is the deep dive here. For anyone who is ready to get serious- no option of failure anymore. I'm going to be right here with you every step of the way. Starting with the Strong & Healthy Blueprint course so you grasp the essential mindset & habits of behavior change, through designing a fitness plan tailored to your goals, we'll also chat weekly to look over your nutrition log and break down any barriers that come up for you along the way!

I'm here for you at whatever level you need me. This may take a few weeks to figure out. Everyone is different and change takes time. I get it! With open communication, we can see if we need to tweak your plan to include more support if necessary!
